   Welcome to Second Presbyterian Church, a congregation that seeks to Love, Learn, and Live in God's Word.  We here at Second church seek to Love God and our neighbor.  We learn how to do this through studying God's Word and living it out through our mission and service to our neighbor.  In our largely traditional and reformed worship service we blend in contemporary music and drama.  We have nursery available at our 11:00 a.m.  service and during Sunday School which begins at 9:45.

   We seek to provide a wide array of opportunities to nurture faith.  We have weekly Bible Study, and Sunday school for all ages on Sunday mornings.  A highlight of the year is our Bible School in June.

   Women's Circles and Men's Prayer breakfast meet monthly, we have great cooks and fellowship meals throughout the year when you come in our doors you are warmly welcomed and accepted as part of our church family.

   We firmly believe that we were put in this location at this time in history to serve our Lord by serving our neighbor.

   On the third Wednesday of each month our Food Pantry is open from 10-12 noon for distribution.  Every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday we have the Disciples' Kitchen open from 11:30 to 12:15.  This is a free lunch program and meals are provided and served by various churches and civic organizations within the community.

   In addition to the above programs, we provide assistance to many other community wide service projects.
